I am not sure of a program that will pull only the licensing informatio=
n.
You should be able to use the dsmaint command to migrate from Access to=
SQL.
It will take the licenses with it since it is used for migrating the
entire data store. You can also use dsmaint to make a backup of the da=
ta
store in case you run into issues.
