What if:

Web Interface and CSG used Session Cookies to contain and pass the UserID
and Password, so that systems like Oblix, SiteMinder, RSA, Safeword,
Etc.Etc.. could be used for Enterprise Authentication/Authorization into
Citrix as well?

We essentially have SSO to everything BUT Web Interface/CSG. We go as far
as reading and inserting your UserID into the Web Interface UserID Screen,
and then Grey it out and lock the user into the password field. BUT, the
user will always have to type their password again, even if they've done it
at a previous Token Authorization Screen or other portal site at the
Company.
