I totally agree and I think that Citrix took far too long to have usable
print and profile solutions, my point is that their code did not cause these
issues..

complaints about profiles, printing, drivers, etc. that were never their
issue to begin with, but, they were selling the products that require this
support and reveal the underling OS issues, they took the blame..

 

Citrix built on Terminal Services, adding missing pieces etc.  That was what
they did.  If anyone was in position to fix problems with TS besides MSFT,
it was CTXS.
