Hi David,

Download the utility, Slim Jim from Citrix. It'll remove exisiting admins
and let the new local administrator get in.

Readme.txt from Slim Jim:
-------------------------------------------------
* THIS IS AN UNSUPPORTED UTILITY PROGRAM *
XP Slim Jim
4-29-2003
Version 1.0B -
WARNING BACKUP Data Store BEFORE RUNNING
Purpose
This program deletes all Citrix administrators from the data store to allow
control of the farm by the local administrator.

Tested DS / FR2/FR3 XP
SQL 2000
Access
*Oracle
*For Oracle support you must create a new DSN with the same account of the
IMA service and use the Microsoft Oracle ODBC driver. This will not work
with the Oracle Driver which IMA uses.
Instructions
Access DS - SQL DS
Execute program
Click on Delete XP Admins
Find the mf20.dsn (Systemroot\ Program Files\Citrix\Independent Management
Architecture) to connect to database
Oracle DS
Execute program
Click on Delete XP Admins
Create a new DSN with the same account of the IMA service and use the
Microsoft Oracle ODBC driver

Note DB2 not supported at this time
------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you can't get it from Citrix, email me direct and I'll send it to you.

regards,

Rick

We just moved a couple of Citrix servers into a new domain. The Citix
Management console only had richts set
for specific ID's in the old domain. Well, of course it no longer works
in the new domain. It is using an
Access database locally for the data store. Is there any way for me to
log into, or create and ID for the
management console now that it is in a different domain?
