[THIN] Re: Metaframe Xpa Request2

You may want to consider looking into the Pnagent then. It pulls it's
config from nfuse / web interface, works fine with CSG, and allows for
desktop icons / start menu icons, and systray access to applications.
Good stuff. ..

Joe;
I would love to use Only Nfuse, but I have customers who feel
that if it doesn't have a Desktop shortcut then its too much work.

If you have NFuse/WI that would be best... That way you don't have to
expose the XML Service or the UDP Port..

I don't think I setup to use TCP+Http, its possible however. But I
will check to see if I can get the XML port we defined opened across the
firewall (right now the web server for Nfuse is on the same segment.
And I did get it to work with Nfuse. Just not the PN. I think it would
be a firewall issue if not for the fact the 1.8 servers still work. I
did set Altaddr up if not I wouldn't be able to establish an ICA
connection.

His request is to do it without using port 80. If XP won't respond (and
I don't remember right off hand) why it would work if it's on the other
side of the firewall? Or maybe he set it up differently using
TCP+HTTP by mistake.
