[THIN] MetaFrame resource manager status

My Citrix MetaFrame Farm Resource Manager status displaying the
following information:
[Blue question Mark] Database Connection Server not configured
[Red X] Primary Farm Metric Server requires software upgrade
[Blue question Mark] Database not configured
Do I need to take any course of action, what software upgrade that is
required?
