Further from the below message. Other users are now saying that they are getting error messages when = they try to open documents saying that they need to close documents = before they open new ones. At this point the users don't have any = documents open. I clearly have set something up wrong (or not set something) I would be = very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction of where = to look. Hello all, I rebuilt our Citrix server over the weekend and everything (touch wood) = =3D seems to be going ok so far. However one user is reporting that when = =3D they try to open a number of fairly large excel documents (as he has =3D always done) on opening the third one he gets the error message: "Microsoft Excel cannot open or save any more documents because there is = =3D not enough available memory or disk space. To make more memory =3D available, close workbooks or programmes you no longer need. To free = =3D disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are saving = =3D to" If he then trys again it does open it, however when he goes to save a = =3D workbooks it locks the session for about 5 minutes before freeing up =3D again. Information ----------- W2K Server SP3, AD Domain, Metaframe XP FR2. 32 Users currently active on the Citrix Server. The citrix server system drive has over 4Gb free and the app drive =3D almost 22Gb free. On the file server the data drive has over 24Gb Free. CPU usage on the Citrix server is jumping between the 10% to 60% mark. Physical Memory: Total 2227740, Available 1333216, System Cache 357700 Kernel Memory: Total 108500, Paged 63988, NonPaged 44512 Commit Charge: Total 1044050, Limit 8262268, Peak 1080448 Any ideas why this error message is appearing, and how to solve it.
