Subject: [THIN] Re: McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0 and Program Neighborhood

Most likely it is scanning client connected/networked drives at logon. You
should be able to turn this off.

We've noticed scanning on PC clients running the subject antivirus program,
when launching a published app - in other words, after Program Neighborhood
is open, they'll click on the published app, and that is when scanning
begins in earnest. A lot more noticeable on older machines, but all clients
so configured seem to do it. We've excluded the Citrix directory in
\Program Files. Are there other exclusions we should implement?

Thanks -
