Can you set up just these few users with a roaming profile? I don't
know how to do this with a .prf, but it is a piece of cake, if the users
profile can be stored.

I can have them statically add the mailbox each time but this is "too
much work for them". We don't use any 3rd party apps for profile
creation. We have temporary local profiles so any changes are lost when
they log off. The only way I can think of getting this static is to make
a static entry to their .prf file. (Their profiles are generated from
the default.prf when they launch outlook)

Would agree with Brain on this one, and this is how you do it. From
within Outlook, tools>services>ms exchange server properties> advanced
tab >specify additional mailbox to open. This will appear in the folders
list in Outlook, and this config is saved to their profile so the
additional mailbox will be available at next logon. If you want to
automate this for multiple users, I recommend using Profile maker from
Autoprof.

Do you mean to open two copies of Outlook with a different mailbox in
each? Outlook will happily display multiple mailboxes in a single
session.

manually once they have logged in.
