Freelists appears to be back up and fully operational. We should probably
stick with Freelists and keep the topica list in place as a backup if
freelists goes down again.

What is the official list server for this list now? Topica, freelists? One
thing I did notice is that Topica's servers are in a number of
open-relay/spam DNSBL's. I don't know how many people use these, but I had
to temporarily turn off checking on our server to get list traffic.
