What Citrix client version is she using on the Mac? I have heard of lots of
issues with the latest version. I use the latest version and have never had an
issue at any cliet site I have been too.

I have a user that has both a Dell and a Mac laptop. On the macintosh she is
getting her session dropped frequently with an SSL error #183. She says it
occurs every 30 minutes or so. She also has a Dell, but says its connection is
rock-solid and that is when they are on the same connection. I am nost sure
what could be causing the drops.
Any ideas?
