[THIN] MS TS Web Connection

Has anyone used MS TSWeb connection? I am having trouble connecting outside
of our LAN. It works great from inside our LAN via the TSAC, but not
outside. Any suggestions? I have already tried opening port 3389 on my
firewall, but that did not work.
