If you are asking where the license server should be located: - in an NT 4 domain with TSE No where. Disable the service, and keep track of it yourself - in an NT 4 domain with W2K+TS On one of the W2K Terminal Servers - in a W2K domain with TSE Don't know on this one, but I lean towards the "No where" answer. Never tried it though. - in a W2K domain with W2K+TS On one of your DC's.
