[THIN] MS Outlook in Citrix

Here's a strange one:  Just recently some Outlook configuration settings
are not being saved in our users' Citrix roaming profiles; specifically,
additional mailboxes and signature selections.  For instance, if I add
an additional mailbox to my outlook profile in Citrix it is gone the
next time I run Outlook in Citrix.  Also, I have successfully created a
signature but I have to keep choosing it from the drop down list every
time I use Outlook.  It never remembers the last time I chose it. 

 

Both of these functions worked before.  I don't know what has changed
since they stopped working.  All these settings work fine on our
desktops, just not in Citrix.

 

We are using MS Outlook 2003 as part of Office 2003 professional, Citrix
Presentation Server 4.0 on Windows Server 2003 (SP2).
