[THIN] MPS 4.0 hotfixes - where did they go?

Citrix removed a bunch of MPS 4.0 hotfixes from their website a few
weeks ago, for compatability issues, and there was a note about this.
Now that note is gone and these hotfixes are not back. Anyone know
what's going on?
