[THIN] Re: MPS 4.0 Service Pack

the only way to access this server is to user the version 4.0 CMC, it
is in all respects other than activated features a PS4.0 server. 
infact all you have to do now to make it a PS4.0 server is to a set
the verion level in the same way as you would have set the feature
relase level previously.
