[THIN] MPS 3 R05 breaks pass-thru authentication?

Just installed MPSE300W2K3R05 on one Citrix server (Windows 2003 SP1),
and now local user passthru authentication is not working. We are using
ICA Program Neighborhood 9.00.32649.
Only this one server has R05; all the others in the farm have R01 and
aren't seeing the problem.
I know this is an old version of the ICA client ... Could this be a
client problem?
