Thanks Joe,
I'm currently undergoing attitude adjustment with M$ products,
and I wasn't careful about hiding my arrogance. Most of my
frustration with MS product and support stems from several bad
experiences (that I paid for). In an odd way, that's the
price I paid for my education. In retrospect, some of that
frustration was probably do to my own ignorance of how to
approach some of the problems that that come with managing
1000+ computers. Some of it was initially from not knowing
how to phrase the question or who to ask. But, then again,
that was before I started THIN. I really do appreciate all
of the information and insights I have gleaned from this group
on THIN.
      - my thanks to all,
                       John
