http://absnet.abslink.com/Q824309/Q824309.zip .....beware if you run VB
apps .it will prob course problems in dropdown menu's etc...

http://absnet.abslink.com/Q822428/Q822428.zip ....is a combined fix of
824309 and 822428 which gets rid of VB app problems. Lots used 824309
first then installed 822428..but you may just want 822428

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;822834 - print
spooler issue on Microsoft ..heres the fix..
http://absnet.abslink.com/Q822834/Q822834.zip your spooler may not show
signs of this until under load.then watch her freak

hope this helps..let us know if you need more info.

That is simply not true... Microsoft will not charge to tell they reconize
the problem and it's a defect. In fact the opposite is true. If they
reconize that the problem is a defect/bug with the product, they will NOT
charge you for the incident.

I found a quickly test to see if the logon problem is related to the fixes

mentioned below:
disable printer mapping and see if your users can ... once again ... logon
quickly. Since M$ charges an outrageous amount of $$$ to tell you that they
recognise that they have a problem with their defective product; I decided
to
wait until someone else is courageous enough to beta their hot fixes. I'm
now
getting fairly fast at rolling back to the last "known good" configuration
and/or doing a complete new build.
