[THIN] MF XP FR1 to FR2 upgrade

It's been a while since I've done an FR/SP upgrade to metaframe. Whats
the procedure for upgrading the DB? In this case it's a MS-SQL store.
Does anything need to be done? Once I upgrade one of my servers should
the other older servers stay offline? Can I do a rolling upgrade
without screwing the DB?
