Cathy,

Is he running the WebInterface and Citrix client from his Parallel's VM or
from the Mac OS X?

Did he grant access to the client device? From the Mac client, on the Menu
bar for the "Citrix online plug-in", what it show under "Drive"?
Is there a policy in Citrix that allows/disallows client drive?

The Mac file system, etc is irrelevant in this case. In his session, he
will see C$ on 'Client' (V:) when his local disk is mapped properly.

Joe

What's he expecting to see? Is he expecting to see the local drive of his
Windows XP instance, or the local drive of the Mac?

Subject: [THIN] MAC file system in Citrix Environment

Hello All,

I have a user that has a Macbook Pro (late 2008 model), OS-Snow Leopard,
with Parallels 5 (Windows XP) installed on it. He downloaded and installed
the MAC online plug-in v11.1 and logged into our Citrix environment. He is
unable to see his local MAC drive if he opens any of the Windows
applications in Citrix. Is there any way possible to access his local
drive, or because it is a different file system he will not be able to see
it in the Citrix/Windows environment? Thanks.
