[THIN] Lotus Notes upgrade to 8.02

I'm upgrading from Lotus Notes 7 to 8.02.   Install goes fine, but when I
launch as a test user I get prompts for bookmarks.ntf and then dissed and
dismissed from Notes.  I'm thinking I will need to modify some of the files
in the Notes\Data directory in each users homedir.  Anybody done this and
know what needs tweaking?
