Jonathon: No we aren't using any Notes clustering. We only have a single Domino / Notes server. Adam: The only people who've ever encountered the problem here have been on Citrix and we still have some staff running Notes locally. Do you know which Note Service your admin is thinking is having an impact? Are you seeing the messages flagged as unread when you first sign on to Notes? We see it when a person has been logged in for a while, has probably already dealt with most of their unread messages, goes out of the inbox (into another app or the calendar) then returns to the inbox. The messages flagged are ones that would have been read days earlier. Is this similar behaviour? This makes it seem to me unlikely that the pointers aren't being set correctly initially. This affects all messages within the timeframe regardless of the folder. We have Notes 5.0.10 client on Metaframe XP SP1/WinNT 4.0 SP6 This is only happening occassionally and so far only to three people, myself included.
