[THIN] Logon problems

Server: W2K3 with MF XP FR3
When a user starts Program Neighbourhood and logs on he gets the following
error, "The entered credential information is incorrect. Verify that your
user name and domain are correct." When the same user connects to a Custom
ICA Connection instead with the same user credentials it works just fine.
Administrators don't have this problem at all.
Any suggestions?
