Hello Evan,

Check all of the servers in your farm and see if the Citrix Print
Manager has crashed. Look for Event 26 - Application pop-up
informational event which says something to the effect of "cpsvc.exe"
has crashed.

After the logon scripts run, the printers try to map. I have found that
my logon scripts complete without issue, but since the print manager has
crashed it prevents the printers from mapping and hangs the logon at the
"running logon scripts" page. I have resolved this by rebooting and I
have a ticket open with Citrix.

Out of curiosity, if you find the event I mention, would you mind
sending me the list of printers you have installed? This way I can see
if we have any drivers in common.

Cole.

Could just be coincidence, figured I'd ask.

Nothing that I'm aware of. It's a very simple ADM and like any ADM ify
ou don't configure anything, nothing actually happens. ADM's don't
actually do anything to a policy unless something is configured.
