Not much help, but I believe 4.5 will have this functionality.

Hi Thin list,
Is there any possibility to log every change to Citrix farm? I mean log
published application changes, admin rights, adding/deleting servers, policy
etc.
I need it for our company compliance.
If there is built-in such functionality it would save me a lot of work with
writing my own software to keep track of all changes to our farms.
