You might also want to try the SBCGatekeeper-IE ADM file for IE if the IEAK 
isnt sufficient. Weve used this in the past to block various IE settings

Basically you run a wizard on one of your machines to create your master config 
and then you can either push it out via AD or add the included policy templates 
to AD.
