[THIN] Local drive time stamp

Hi all,
We have a customer in south Florida that has a software developer in the
Midwest. When the developer connects to the Citrix farm he uses his local
drive to transfer up small program updates.
I am not in a position to change any of the methods he uses to do this. The
problem is when he looks for the files on the local drive mapped on the citrix
server "C:" the timestamps of the edited files are reset to UTC, not central
or eastern. The time zone feature of terminal server/citrix are all
functioning fine, except when looking at a local drive mapped to the server.
Any ideas?
