Steve,

There are quite a few, only most of them cost a gazillion dollars. There is
a new one out, and it;s free. It's called DeNaMik
Loadgen:<http://www.denamik.com/page.php?1>
Tim Mangan did a write-up on it on
BrianMadden.com<http://www.denamik.com/page.php?1>.

Massive load tests, either in test or production environments, are now easier than ever. Use your own loadtest scripts together with DeNamiK LoadGen. No changes to the Citrix servers have to be made. Just make sure you have created a couple of test scripts with your favorite scripting product and have enough workstations available to launch the sessions. With the DeNamiK LoadGen - Director you can manage the LoadBots, create your scenario's, fire away ICA sessions in a manageable fashion to properly evaluate your Citrix environment and also get a report containing the passed stages of the ICA sessions.

Advantages of the DeNamiK LoadGen:

- - Non-intrusive session launcher for individual Citrix servers or large farms. - Launching and managing thousands of sessions was never so easy. - Fast and easy deployment of LoadBots on multiple workstations or servers. - Create hundreds of test-users and multiple test-profiles in minutes.

  - Get DeNamiK LoadGen up and running within one hour.
  - Test the whole production farm during off hours with minimal
  preparation.
  - Use your favorite scripting method. Compatible with Wintask,
Winbatch, Auto-it, script-it, VBscript and all the other application test
  scripts.
  - Full session loadbalancing on all LoadBots, this prevents overloaded
  workstations launching ICA sessions.
  - Evaluate the Freeware version of DeNamiK Loadgen for an unlimited
time, unlimited LoadBots, unlimited server and a maximum load of 125
  concurrent sessions.

Kind Regards,
Michel Roth

Are there any free utilities out there that can be used to simulate load
