[THIN] Load Balancing - Urgent help requested

I have Citrix Metaframe 1.8 SP3 on W2K SP2. In SA, I can see all my servers
and one of them does not have any users connected to it. When I look into
Load Balancing Administration, I don't see the server that has no users
connected to it. Can you please advise on what is happening here and what
needs to be done.
