Dirk, Make sure your NICs are setup as a Cisco Fast Ether Channel Team, and as always are manually set to 100Mbps/Full-Duplex and you need to team the ports on the Cisco switch and again set the ports to 100Mbps/Full-Duplex. If you do these this your NICs should be properly teamed and functioning correctly (baring any hardware problems).
