[THIN] List/edit/backup farm properties - new tool

New tool (iFarm.exe): list/edit/backup farm properties.
Provides backup/restore for most farm related parameters including restore
of FR3 defaults. Targets MetaFrame XP FR3 and MetaFrame 3.0 (limited to FR3
compatibility).
Based on Citrix MFCOM -- will work within MetaFrame XP environment out of
the box. Supports remote access to MetaFrame XP from Wi2k/XP/Win2k3 server
or workstation as long as MFCOM is configured.
