Sounds as if you're missing the MetaFrame 1.8 to Win2k Migration License.

Currently, I have a MF 1.8 Base license, 2 10 user packs, 1 5 user pack,
Load Balancing and a Feature Pack license.
I tore the server down because of problems. I wanted to test W2k TS =
(we've
had the NT boxes up for years) and thought I'd try it.... =20
Existing Farm is 3 other NT 4.0 TS with Metaframe 1.8 SP3.

I just created a new 2000TS and placed MF1.8 SP3 on it. I registered =
=3D the
MS License server and got it up and running. I then added my MF license =
=3D
packs and and validated each of those....=3D20 =3D20 However, once I =
attempt to
access my published applications, I still get =3D the Error message - =
"The
required licenses are not installed. Either a =3D Citrix Base Licenses =
or
Citrix Upgrade Licenses needs to be installed to allow =3D more than 1 =
logon."
=3D20 I've ensured the server is in application mode and I do have the =
MF and
=3D TS licenses available...
Now what?
