What version of IE are you running? I believe that there are some known
issues after installing Sp2 for IT5. Somehow this service pack is
overlaying a dll or something to that effect, and you should be able to
fix the problem either re-installing the ICA client or installing the
latest ICA client.
Try to search the Citrix knowledge base with the exact error message,
usually you can get a pretty accurate response.
