[THIN] Launch.asp Error message when launching Applications

Hi
Server is W2K Advanced SP3. MF is XP FR2
When a user attempts to login using nfuse, he can login,
gets the web based program neiborhood, but when he attempts to launch
an application he gets an ie file download dialog box stating that the
file launch.asp from the server has been chosen for download, and you
are prompted with either to open from location or download it locally.
Any ideas please
