               Symptoms
  You receive the following error message when trying to add a new account to 
the list of Citrix administrators:
  ?Could not enumerate domains.
Error code:c0180005?
  
  However, it is possible to enumerate domains when assigning users to 
published applications.
  Cause
  This issue is caused by data store corruption?the GlobalDriverCatalog is 
corrupt and duplicate entries can be seen. 
  Resolution
      
   Apply CTX111429 ? Hotfix PSE400R02W2K3025 - For Citrix Presentation Server 
4.0 for Windows Server 2003, which includes DSCheck version 5.12, or CTX111244 
? Hotfix XE104R02W2K033 - For MetaFrame XP 1.0 for Windows 2000 Server.
    
   Issue the following command after backing up your data store:

dscheck /full printers /purge_globaldrivercatalog


    
   You may need to re-create the local host cache on the server that you are 
pointing the Presentation Server Console to.
