Issue(s) Resolved in this Hotfix Caution! Several items in this hotfix may require you to edit the registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. When accessing URLs of the type pns://, rtsp://, or rtspu:// using Internet Explorer in a client session, the server's CPU utilization may reach 100 percent. This fix adds a detection mechanism to launch the proper media player associated with those URL types.
