The Resource Manager database connection server import process may halt,
displaying a summary database connection error in the Management Console. In
addition, an error message of the following format may be written to the server
log file of the database connection server:
24 October 2005 05:22:11 - System - Failed to import summary file "C:\Program
Files\Citrix\Citrix Resource Manager\SummaryFiles\1C5B4F458860B59" from host
"HOSTNAME."
24 October 2005 05:22:11 - System - [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01422: exact fetch
returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "SCHEMA.GETSERVERINFID_V21", line 43
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "SCHEMA.ADDMETRIC_V21", line 33
ORA-06512: at line 1 [From XE104R02W2K3008][#128044]

This fix corrects the following issues:
The format of HP NC7781 Gigabit Server Adapter performance data may
result in corrupted Resource Manager summary files that cannot be imported into
the summary database. Corresponding file import errors are written to the
Resource Manager server log.
The database connection server may time out successfully transferred
summary files waiting for import as if they had not been successfully
transferred.
Note: This fix prevents the corruption of new summary files. It cannot parse
existing corrupted summary files. You must delete or edit affected summary
files to remove the corrupt data. The summary files are located at
%Systemroot%\Program files\Citrix\Citrix Resource manager\SummaryFiles. For
best results, Citrix recommends that you perform the following steps in order:

      Apply this fix.
      Stop the IMA Service.
      Clear out corrupted summary files.
      Restart the IMA Service.
  [From XE104R02W2K3008][#130922]

After installing Hotfix Rollup Pack 2, the following error message may
appear in server's Event Logs: "Communication with the Resource Manager local
database failed with ODBC Error 22008. ODBC Error String is [Microsoft][ODBC
Microsoft Access Driver] Datetime field overflow (null)." [From
XE104R02W2K3017][#132373]
