               Symptoms
  When applying Microsoft article 
903234(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903234) to a Windows 2003 server,and 
then opening a client folder, sometimes explorer.exe crashes and the following 
event error will be logged:
  Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event ID: 1000
Description:
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, faulting module 
msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.3790.1830, fault address 0x00038efa.

  Resolution
  Workaround 1:
  Uninstall Microsoft KB 903234 from ?Add or Remove Programs.?
  * If you can?t see any Microsoft KB under the currently installed programs 
and updates list, enable Show update.
  Workaround 2:
  Using ?Use Windows classic folders? which can be set from Control Panel > 
Folder Options > General.
  * It needs to be set with every user account.
  Status
  Citrix escalated this issue to Microsoft and Microsoft is currently 
investigating it.
