Cause The Delete Tracker table may be missing from the SQL database. Resolution CAUTION: Make sure you backup your database before attempting either of the resolutions listed below. 1. Open SQL Enterprise Manager. 2. Browse to the Citrix database then the ?Tables? section. 3. You should see four tables: ? KEYTABLE ? INDEXTABLE ? DATATABLE ? DELETETRACKER If DELETETRACKER is missing and this is a Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0 farm and you have just recently experienced this issue, restore from backup. If you don?t have a backup then chfarm a server out of the farm and then back in again and it should recreate the table. If DELETETRACKER is missing and this is a XP farm, you have two options: ? Add a Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0 server back to the farm and check to make sure the table has been created in the database. Then remove the server from the farm and just make sure the table stayed. -OR- ? Delete the triggers from the KEYTABLE in the database. Right-click the KEYTABLE and select Design Table. In the design table window, click the Triggers button. In the Trigger properties window, in the ?Name:? drop down box delete both ?OnKeyTableDelete(dbo)? and ?OnKeyTableInsertUpdate(dbo)? triggers. More Information If this is a Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0 farm, this table needs to be here or you will be unable to delete objects from the Management Console. If this is a MetaFrame XP farm and at one point in time you added a Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0 server then removed it from the farm, this table may have been removed. This in turn would also prevent you from removing objects from the Management Console.
