Symptoms
ICA KeepAlives no longer function after applying Service Pack 1 for Windows
2003.
Resolution
For MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0:
Apply Hotfix MPSE300W2K3R03
CTX105975 - Hotfix MPSE300W2K3R03 - For MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 for
Windows 2003 Server corrects this issue.
For MetaFrame XP, this issue will be addressed in an upcoming hotfix. Once the
hotfix is available, this article will be updated. If you would like to request
a hotfix for your company please contact Technical Support.
