The following hotfixes are required for proper smart card authentication when
using the various Service Pack and Hotfix Rollup Pack levels of the Citrix
MetaFrame Presentation Server Family of Products.

MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 Post- Hotfix Rollup Pack 01

MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 Hotfix Rollup Pack 02
All smart card fixes to date are included in this rollup.
Note: The Citrix ICA Client 8.1 is also a requirement as it contains a fix for
a client-side hanging issue.
