Symptoms
NTFS permissions on the %program files%\Citrix\Administration folder are
restricted for users.
Cause
Read and Execute access is needed for the folder, subfolders, and files of
%program files%\Citrix\Administration to be able to run the Management Console.
Write access is required for the isctx.log file in the %program
files%\Citrix\Administration folder.
Resolution
Change the NTFS permissions by giving the necessary rights to the user groups
that require access to the Management Console.
Note: It is still required to give at least Read access to objects within the
Management Console to the same user groups.
