CTX103339 - Citrix Universal Print Driver ( UPD) is not installed and not

Symptom
With the printer management option ?use universal driver only if native
driver is unavailable? selected, the Universal Print Driver is always used,
whether or not the printer?s driver is installed. When the check box
?automatically install native drivers for auto-created client and network
printers? is checked, the printer uses the correct driver. If this box is
unchecked, the UPD is used.
Cause
Line item 8 from readme for Hotfix XE103W2K055:
With ?use universal driver only if native driver is unavailable? checked and
?Automatically install native drivers for autocreated client and network
printers? cleared in the Citrix Management Console, client printers were
sometimes created with a universal driver even if the native driver was
available. This occurred because an incorrect criteria was being used to
determine whether or not the native driver was present.
With this hotfix, the correct criteria is checked and the native driver is
used, if it is available.
Resolution
Apply Hotfix XE103W2K055.
