I also had the same problem. Upgraded the JRE to run the new Cisco Cluster
Manager and CMC ceased to work. Uninstall of the new JRE fixed the problem.

Upgrading the version of JRE has broken our ability to run the CMC from the
target server in some cases, and in other cases it has broken the color in
the CMC display as well on the target server.
