I'm with you . . . let someone else roll out the new service packs to their
production network. I'll wait a good month or two to see what post SP3 fixes
are released, in the mean time I'll be installing SP3 on test servers to see
what breaks.
I'd only break down and install it right away if I knew for darn sure it was
going to fix an issue I'd been having problems with. Even then, I'd have
tested it out thoroughly first.
Call me paranoid . . but I've been burned by MS serv packs before too . . .

I've been burnt (in the past) by MS service packs. I'm waiting at least
a month before I install it.
