Well, I guess I forgot to add this to my original post. This is not a replication issue. We are running AD, and both DC's are replicating as they should be. I can open the AD Users and Computers MMC to either DC and look at the group membership. I have also verified AD replication with AD Replication Monitor. Ad replication is working just fine. My first guess would be did you wait long enough for the account = change to propagate to all Domain Controllers? Changes to NT domain model rights (including group membership) do not take effect until the user logs in after the change. -----Original Message----- From: Chris Lynch [mailto:lynch00@xxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Wednesday, January 29, 2003 1:12 PM To: TheThin. net Subject: [THIN] Issue with published app. I have a problem with one of our published apps. You all know the name, Great Pains, err... I mean Great Plains. The problem I have is not with the application actually working on the server, but rather adding a user to the app. We have a group called GREAT PLAINS, and that group has been added to the users of the published application. Now, when we add a new user to this group, they will not see the published app in their ICA client. If I manually add the user account to the app, instead of the group, they will get the icon in their application set. We are running Windows 2000 SP2 and SP3, MF XPe with FR2/SP2 (with the servers only running a FR1, don't ask me why, it just is). The clients are either 6.20.986 or newer on fat clients and NeoWare devices (the Windows CE XP version).
