I talked to citrix and they referred me to document CTX228356. One of the
things they want me to do is perform a 'Qserver /debugnhwatch' on every server
and compare the output. With 40+ servers and each output 450+ pages, this is
over 18,000 lines of text to compare. Anyone have any suggestions looking for
relevant discrepancies using the Citrix Qserver /debugnhwatch utility?

Regards,
Jason

Subject: [THIN] Issue: applications dropping off PN Application List??

We started experiencing an issue today where some of our applications are
sporadically dropping off the application list (typically from the same
servers). When you Refresh sometimes they will return and sometimes they will
drop off, however when they are listed they work without issue. Most of the
applications seem to be only published to one server; I'm wondering if it is an
issue w/ the ICA Browser service. Have tried stopping/starting ICA browser
service on offending servers, rebooting Master Browsers on each subnet and
finally restarting offending servers. Environment: 40+ Citrix MetaFrame
servers, Windows NT 4.0 SP3 using IMS and LBS.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Can't verify yet, currently workstations are all pushed down the newest Citrix
client 6.31.1051. I have not been able to re-create the issue from a published
desktop on the servers, not sure if it is b/c it is a MetaFrame server or b/c
it has the original client .963.

Regards,
Jason
