You can set IE as the default browser in a local policy of the server
and I believe that you can do that for a group policy as well

Fabulous.  That's it!  Ok...now the message "IE is not your default
browser" comes up everytime I open a new citrix session and go into IE
for the first time even though I have chosen "set IE as default
browser".  Am I missing a setting?  Thanks so much all.
