[THIN] Internet Explorer - Won't Open link if IE is open already

Hi all. I'm running Metaframe XPs on a Windows 2000 server. If a user (or
administrator) has an IE (IE 6) window open already and then clicks a link to
navigate to a site (in an Outlook message), nothing happens. If they close the
existing IE window and then click the link, it opens IE and moves to the site
they want. This only happens on the metaframe server, not their local
machines. I found an article on Citrix support (Doc ID: CTX059906) describing
the problem and suggesting a registry entry fix but the registry is already set
correctly. Anybody have any other ideas? TIA!!!
